Cancellation Policy

Since Vikki Smyth Inc goods are made to order, in the event of cancellation, Vikki Smyth Inc must be informed within 24 hours of submission of order otherwise order is valid.

Terms of Delivery

Since goods are made to order, Vikki Smyth Inc will ship the goods in seven days or less, unless stated otherwise in which case Vikki Smyth Inc will contact client.   In the event a product is on back order, client has full right to cancel order in which case Vikki Smyth Inc will refund monies to client.

Return Policy

Vikki Smyth’s Ultimate Spread platters are hand-made and have only the highest standard of quality control. Each piece is manually inspected to ensure excellent craftsmanship and your ultimate satisfaction. As Vikki Smyth Inc products are made to order, Vikki Smyth Inc does not accept returns.  In the event of a defective product, Vikki Smyth Inc will offer a product exchange, but only after it is determined defective by Vikki Smyth Inc. Defective product claim must be made within 5 days of delivery. Product must be unused and in its original box. 

Warranty Disclaimer

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Vikki Smyth, Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Vikki Smyth, Inc does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Vikki Smyth, Inc product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Vikki Smyth, Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Vikki Smyth, Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Vikki Smyth, Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Vikki Smyth, Inc without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
